You can import forms in two ways: upload a zip-file or paste text data. Both methods require that you import a single exported form. Please note that if you exported data via the Import / Export page, you can’t import them in the main page.
In order to import a single form, please follow these steps:
- Make sure to use the latest version of the plugin
- Download the form from the page (zip file)
- On the main plugin page, click on “import form” in the “add form” action bar
- Click on “Choose file” and select the downloaded zip file. When the form is imported, the import dialog should be closed automatically and the form will be shown. If you want to import text data, you need to paste the data into the large textarea and click on “Import text data”.
