Create a Simple Pizza Order Form in WordPress
With this template, you’re able to create a simple pizza order form for your WordPress website in minutes.
The first dropdown element (“How many pizzas do you want?”) handles the conditional actions and shows the number of pizza groups accordingly. In each group, a base price (hidden element) is added along with a base topping (dropdown element) and additional toppings (checkbox element).
Calculations for all elements in each group are disabled until they’re shown (calculate_when_hidden).
