Before updating, please backup your database or export your forms on the “Import / Export” page
If you haven’t registered the plugin with your site, please find your purchase code first and enter your code on the “Licensing” page.
Go to the Plugins page and click on “update now” for ez Form Calculator Premium. If automatic update is not available, you haven’t registered your plugin purchase code with your site.
Go to the main page of ez Form Calculator and see if there’s a button named “Manual update”. If it is, please click the button to complete the update.
2 – Update via WordPress Plugins Page
Before updating, please backup your database or export your forms on the “Import / Export” page
Go to the Global settings > Other section and set the option “Keep data after uninstall” to “Yes”.
Deactivate and delete the plugin
Upload the new version and activate it
Your form data should already be there. If not, you can upload the exported file from step 1 on the Import / export page.
3 – Update via FTP
Before updating, please backup your database or export your forms on the “Import / Export” page
Upload the updated plugin to the relevant directory on your FTP server (usually at /wp-content/plugins/ez-form-calculator-premium/)
Go to the main page of ez Form Calculator and see if there’s a button named “Manual update”. If it is, please click the button to complete the update.
