Add Form to Page
In order to add a form to your page, you can use the following shortcode along with the form ID:
[ezfc id="1" /]
Alternatively, you can add a form via its name like this:
[ezfc name="Form name" /]
Conditional Shortcode Content
The conditional shortcode performs a conditional operation and checks the submitted value against a user-defined value. This is particularly useful when dealing with text placeholders in the email text or PDF text.
You can use the conditional shortcode like this:
[ezfc_cond e_name="Element A" operator="=" value="5"]This text will only be shown when the value of element A is 5[/ezfc_cond]
[ezfc_cond e_name="Element B" operator=">=" value="10"]This text will only be shown when the value of element B is greater than or equals 10.[/ezfc_cond]
[ezfc_cond e_name="Element C" operator="!=" value="2"]This text will only be shown when the value of element C is not 2.[/ezfc_cond]
Special check: if your form contains conditionally hidden elements, you might check for the predefined hidden value:
[ezfc_cond e_name="Element D" operator="!=" value="__HIDDEN__"]This text will only be shown when element D was not hidden conditionally (or: element was shown by conditions).[/ezfc_cond]
Arguments:
- e_id: the element ID*
- e_name: the name of the element to check for*
- operator: math operator (currently available: = (equals), != (not equals), > (greater than), >= (greater than or equal), < (less than), <= (less than or equal))
- value: the compare value (can be a number of a string depending on the is_number element option)
* Either argument e_id or e_name is required
